We offer a 6-month warranty on some eligible products purchased from our online store. Here's how it works:

  • 🛠️ If defective, we’ll provide a free inspection and maintenance

  • 🔁 No guaranteed replacements, but if the issue is reported upon delivery and confirmed, we will do our best to assist

🧰 After the First Month (Months 2–6):

  • 🔎 Warranty provides free checkups and maintenance if repairable by our team

  • ❗ We cannot guarantee the fix, but rest assured, we’ll try our best to solve the issue

  • 🚫 No replacements will be made after the first month

⚠️ What’s NOT covered:

  • ❌ Mishandling (e.g., dropping the item)

  • 💧 Exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme heat

  • 🛠️ Unauthorized repairs or modifications

🧾 Always keep your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) to be eligible for any warranty claims.


🔁 Replacement Policy

📦 If the product arrives defective within the first 2-3 days:

  • 📸 Provide photos/videos of the issue

  • 🔍 We will verify the problem. If confirmed as a manufacturing fault:

    • ✅ We’ll repair or replace the product if possible

    • 🆓 No extra cost for the replacement product

🗓️ After the first month:

  • 🔧 You may still receive free checkups and basic maintenance

  •  No replacements will be offered beyond the first month

💥 Products that are broken, misused, or altered will not qualify for replacement.

💸 No Refunds, Exchange Only

  •  No refunds will be issued once a purchase is made
